This is a #quickcrochet and #small project that very useful to carry a roll of disposable bag rolls for travels and for when you walk you furry babies. This project is a cozy of sorts to hold a roll of bin-liners/pet poop bag rolls or similar items; which need to be un-rolled to be used.
