S With a Swirl Tunic.

Its amazing what a simple doodle can inspire, sometimes! My little one’s silly doodle inspired me to try something new. To incorporate that design into a project and there started my journey into designing the motif.

My little one loves tunics. What little girl wouldn’t? They r simple and easy to manage and can be worn for playtime too! So here goes, my newest #knitting pattern ‘ S With A Swirl Tunic’. The pattern is available as a paid digital download on #ravelry and #loveknitting sites, and comes in 2 sizes.


The pattern gives you instructions using DK weight yarn ( or just a little thinner) with circulars to make a single piece tunic. The instructions for the 2 sizes are demarcated appropriately.

Small: is designed to fit a chest size of 18 inches, and approximate total length of about 16 to 17 inches.

Large: is designed to fit a chest size of 20 inches and approximate total length of about 20 inches.

The size of the dress can be altered a bit by changing the needle size upnor down by 1 size. The length of the dress can be customised slightly to suit the requirements.
