Finally started a knitted doily. Working with threads is delicate enough, but never realised how delicate knitting with it would be!

Here is my first attempt at a knitted vintage doily. It is an intricate pattern made in segments, one wedge at a time.
Tried the 10inch and 8 inch doily patterns listed in Ravelry(2 needle doilies) by Berilla M Smith.
