Returns Policy
Please ensure communication and discussion on size/color/pattern and yarn is clarified in advance.
Errors in size, pattern will be exchanged/revised or corrected at no cost.Damages due to rough handling of recieved products will not be exchanged. In case of damage, during shipping , the item will be replaced, Provided there is a valid UNBOXING video of the same.
CUSTOM orders - If there is unforseen errors, or item varied from what was agreed upon (Valid Sizing issues compared to ORDER summary agreed upon before order is placed), item will need to be shipped out by customer and the cost of which will be discussed and conpensated as the situation deems fit.
Shipping
Shipping charges will apply as defined for Domestic (Within India) orders. If you's like to get it picked up via local carriers like DUNZO/Teleport/WEFast etc. The Shipping charges will not apply. In which case, Shipping handling is Customer's Prerogative and any returns therein for damages during handling (for improper categories mentioned and so forth) will not be entertained.
